For this brief we were asked to design a new book cover for the best seller: ‘Perfume – The Story Of A Murderer’.
I wanted to keep the design 3tone and very minimal, to not give much away as it is such a complex and deep story.
To give a hint of what the story is about I created an optical illusion for the front cover to give a taster of whats inside.
I wanted to keep it discreet and subtle while also making it clear enough to never forget once the reader found it.
