The last thing you’ll see before the music hits you.

Oxygen was the hub of dance music community in Swansea. It branched off from Escape which was the original HQ for dance music culture. Similar to Fac 51 – The Haçienda in Manchester, Espace was Swansea’s equivalent.

However, cultures shift. Times move on but the purpose of the music remains at the core. When I got involved it was the 3rd shift. Escape – Oxygen – Plan B.

It still stands strong in the city today. The rebrand was purely for a different look… It’s  still the same rave.
